The Noa Service
Noa is an AI-powered application designed to analyze conversations and provide insights, summaries, feedback, or other automated interpretations based on the content you voluntarily submit.
AI-Generated Output: The insights and analyses generated by Noa are produced by artificial intelligence systems. They are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, paste, or connect to Noa. You confirm that you have the legal right to share and process this content through the app.
No Professional Advice: Noa does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Any AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Service Availability: We strive to ensure reliable access to Noa, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Premium Subscriptions & Billing
Payments: Premium features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing management, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms.
Renewals: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of the relevant platform.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Upload or analyze content that violates the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality rights.

Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, design, and AI systems within Noa are the exclusive property of Arctics Group or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Noa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctics Group shall not be liable for:
Decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
Loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
AI outputs may contain errors or misinterpretations. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.
Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
