Information We Collect
We only collect the information necessary for Noa to analyze your conversations using artificial intelligence and provide insights. This includes:
Account Information: Your email address (if you create an account) and optional details such as a display name.
Conversation Data: The messages, text, or conversation content you voluntarily upload, paste, or connect to Noa for AI-based analysis.
AI Processing Data: Metadata related to analysis requests (such as timestamps, feature used, and processing status) to operate and improve our AI systems.
Usage Data: Information about how you use Noa, including features accessed and frequency of use.
Device & Technical Data: Basic device information (device type, operating system, app version) to improve performance and fix bugs.
We do not access your conversations unless you explicitly provide them to Noa. We do not collect your photos, contacts, precise GPS location, or unrelated personal files.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Operate AI Features: Process your submitted conversations using artificial intelligence to generate insights, summaries, emotional analysis, or feedback.
Personalize Experience: Tailor insights and recommendations based on your activity within the app.
Manage Subscriptions: Verify premium access through Apple or Google.
Customer Support: Respond to questions or technical issues.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share your private conversations with advertisers.
AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
Noa utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze the content you provide.
Google Cloud API: We use Google’s Gemini/Vertex AI to process your conversation data. When you use AI features, your inputs are transmitted to Google’s secure servers for real-time analysis.
Data Usage: Your conversations are processed solely to generate the requested analysis. We do not use your private conversation content to train public AI models. Per our agreement with our provider, your data is not used by Google to train their foundational models.
Control: You choose exactly what information is submitted to the AI. We do not monitor communications outside of what you intentionally share with the Noa interface.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure. All communications between Noa, our servers, and our AI providers (Google) are encrypted in transit. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Premium Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by the App Store or Google Play. We only receive confirmation necessary to activate premium features. We do not store payment card information.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand general app usage trends. This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You may opt out where applicable in your device or app settings.
Data Retention
We retain your account and conversation data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Delete your account and associated information at any time.

Children
Noa is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you within the app or update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of Noa after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
