Meme Buds is a fun and social app where you create and vote on the funniest meme captions, brought to you by ARCTICS GROUP, a French company based at 21 Boulevard Delessert, 75016 Paris. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain how you can use Meme Buds. By downloading or using the app, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Getting Started
Access: You can download Meme Buds from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Meme Buds. If you’re under 13, ask a parent or guardian for permission.
Consent: By using Meme Buds, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Features and Subscriptions
Free Access: You can enjoy Meme Buds for free, including a free pack to use.
Premium Features: Want exclusive meme packs, and advanced game modes? Subscribe to unlock the full Meme Buds experience. Choose from weekly, monthly, or yearly plans via your app store.
Payments: All payments are handled securely by the App Store or Google Play. Their billing rules apply.
4. Cancelling Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple or Google Play account settings. Please note: unused time isn’t refunded. Questions? Reach out through the app or by email.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Meme Buds uses tools like Firebase Analytics to understand how you interact with the app (e.g., which game modes you play most). If we develop a Meme Buds website, it may also use cookies for analytics—these can be managed in your browser settings.
6. Who Can Use Meme Buds
Meme Buds is for everyone 13 and older. Any misuse—like cheating, offensive behavior, or illegal content—can result in account suspension or ban.
