1. Welcome to Astraia!
Astraia is a social and creative experience developed by ARCTICS GROUP, a French-based company. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain how you can use Astraia. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Getting Started
• Access: You can download Astraia from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Astraia. If you’re under 13, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Consent: By using the app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Features and Subscriptions
• Free Access: Astraia is free to use with limited features, including a heart system where you get 5 hearts and one refills every hour.
• Premium Features: Subscriptions unlock unlimited hearts, exclusive packs, new modes, and customization options. Choose from weekly, monthly, or yearly plans via your app store.
• Payments: All transactions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please check their terms for full details.
4. Cancelling Subscriptions
You can cancel your Astraia subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are not provided for unused time, so be sure to cancel before the next billing cycle. Need help? Contact us through the app or by email.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Astraia uses tools like Firebase Analytics to understand how you interact with the app and to improve your experience. If Astraia expands to a website, cookies may also be used for basic analytics—these can be managed in your browser settings.
6. Who Can Use Astraia
Astraia is for users 13 and older. Misuse, such as cheating, spamming, or illegal activities, is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your Data and Privacy

8. Our Responsibility
We work hard to keep Astraia enjoyable and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. We are not liable for issues like bugs, outages, or data loss—use the app at your own risk.

We may update these Terms over time. If we make changes, we’ll notify you in the app or on our website. Continued use of Astraia after updates means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts. If you’re outside France, your local laws may also apply.
