Terms of Use

1. Who we are
ManyCharts is published by Arctics Group,
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ManyCharts mobile app. By downloading or using ManyCharts, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What ManyCharts is — and what it is not
ManyCharts is a read-only analysis tool for prediction markets. It charts a venue's published price for a market and compares it against an independent estimate of fair value assembled from multiple public sources. An AI model writes a plain-language narrative interpreting those numbers.
Please read the following carefully, because it defines the whole relationship:
ManyCharts is not investment advice. Nothing in the app — no price, no chart, no "stance", no conviction score, no narrative — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. It is information and commentary about publicly available market data.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we are not registered as one in any jurisdiction.
You cannot trade through ManyCharts. The app executes no orders, holds no funds, custodies no assets, and connects to no wallet or brokerage account. There is no "buy" button and there never will be one in this product.
We are not affiliated with any venue we display. Polymarket, Kalshi, Metaculus, Manifold, Deribit and the other sources we read are independent third parties. We have no partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship with them, and we do not act on their behalf.
Any decision you make is yours alone. Prediction markets and related instruments carry a real and substantial risk of losing money. You can lose your entire stake. Consider taking advice from a licensed professional before acting on anything you read in the app.
3. AI-generated content and data accuracy
Two limitations you should treat as certainties rather than edge cases:
The AI can be wrong. The narrative, the stance, the conviction score and the pattern descriptions are generated by a large language model interpreting computed statistics. Model output can be mistaken, incomplete, or confidently misleading. It is not reviewed by a human before you see it. Do not treat it as fact-checked.
The data can be wrong, stale, or missing. We ingest prices and signals from independent third-party sources. We do not control them and cannot guarantee they are accurate, complete, current, or available. Sources go down, publish late, and revise. When our data quality degrades we tell you in the app — but the absence of a warning is not a guarantee of correctness.
Historical performance figures or track records shown in the app describe the past. They do not predict future results.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ManyCharts. The app deals with financial-market data and is not designed, intended, or made available for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit under-18s to use it. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and delete associated data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ManyCharts is lawful where you live. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. ManyCharts provides analysis only and does not enable trading, but local restrictions on accessing market information remain your responsibility.
5. Your account
ManyCharts works without an account. When you first open the app it creates an anonymous identifier for your device so your watchlist and settings persist and so we can apply fair-use limits. You can use the free plan, and buy and use ManyCharts Pro, without ever signing in.
Signing in is optional. If you want your watchlist to follow you across devices and survive reinstalling the app, you can sign in with Apple or Google. When you do:
Your existing anonymous data — watchlist and preferences — is carried over and attached to your account.
We receive the information described in our Privacy Policy: an account identifier and an email address. With Sign in with Apple you may choose Hide My Email, in which case we only ever see a private relay address, never your real one.
You remain responsible for keeping your Apple or Google account secure. Anyone with access to it has access to your ManyCharts data.
You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Deleting it removes your watchlist and server-side records. It does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play — and it does not erase records we must retain by law, such as accounting records for purchases.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or use someone else's. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
Everything else in the Terms of Use stands as written, including the removal of the "forward-looking" wording that previously appeared in §5 and in the Privacy Policy's §13.
6. Free plan and ManyCharts Pro
Free plan. ManyCharts is genuinely usable for free. You get live charts and up to 10 AI analyses per hour. No payment details required.
ManyCharts Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes that limit and unlocks the full analysis feature set. The plans available to you, their exact prices in your local currency, their billing periods, and any free-trial terms are displayed on the subscription screen before you confirm any purchase. Those in-app terms govern.
The following apply to all subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then disclosed for your plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings at any time after purchase.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Prices may change. Where a change affects your renewal, the store will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before charging you.
We may change what's included in the Free plan or in Pro. If we materially reduce what you've already paid for, we'll tell you and, where the law requires it, offer you a remedy.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google. We cannot issue refunds directly — refund requests go to the store that took your payment, under its policy. If you have a problem, email us and we'll help you get to the right place.
If you are a consumer in the EU (including France), your statutory rights apply in addition to the above, including the rules on unfair terms and conformity. Note that where you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge it, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply — the store will present this to you at purchase.
8. Acceptable use
Use ManyCharts for your own personal, non-commercial analysis. Do not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models, prompts, weights, thresholds, or configuration;
Scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute our analyses or data feeds;
Circumvent rate limits, attestation, or paywalls, or use automated tools to access the app;
Present our output as your own licensed financial advice, or use it to advise others professionally without your own authorisation to do so;
Interfere with the service, probe our infrastructure, or use ManyCharts for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its analytical engine, its prompts and its generated narratives are owned by Arctics Group or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ManyCharts under these Terms. Nothing here transfers ownership.
Underlying market data belongs to the venues and providers that publish it, and is displayed with attribution under their respective terms.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep ManyCharts running well, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, or the app as a whole. If we discontinue a paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice and handle active subscriptions fairly.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManyCharts is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Trading, investment, or wagering losses of any kind, however they arise from your use of the app;
Decisions you make in reliance on analyses, data, or narratives in the app;
Inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable third-party data;
Service interruptions, bugs, or loss of locally stored data.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for ManyCharts in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as ManyCharts develops. For material changes we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use ManyCharts after that means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
If you are a consumer resident outside France, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply and nothing here deprives you of them. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
