1. Introduction
Welcome to Younomi. Younomi is a relationship-building app created by ARCTICS GROUP. By downloading or using the app, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Using Younomi
You can download Younomi from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and if you are younger than 13, you need permission from a parent or guardian. By using Younomi, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the app respectfully and responsibly.
3. Free and Premium Features
Younomi offers a set of free features, including access to a limited number of daily questions and essential tools for couples.
A premium subscription gives you full access to all questions, games, prompts, challenges and exclusive content. Subscriptions are handled entirely through the App Store or Google Play, according to their payment and renewal rules.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any moment directly in your App Store or Google Play settings. We do not offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods, so make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle. If you need help cancelling, you can contact us.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Younomi for harmful, abusive, illegal or disruptive behavior. This includes harassment, spamming, hacking, or attempting to access other users’ data. If you violate these rules, we may suspend or remove your access to the app.
6. Your Data
To provide Younomi, we collect limited information such as your email (if you sign in), your app activity, and basic device information. Everything we collect is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the processing of this data.
7. Service Availability
We do our best to keep Younomi stable and enjoyable, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always work without interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for issues such as downtime, bugs, data loss, or other technical problems. You use the app at your own risk.
8. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update Younomi or change these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will let you know inside the app. Continuing to use Younomi after updates means you accept the new version of the Terms.
